Description

Such amazing condition…

As you guys and girls probably know by now, we LOVE Tudor chronos.

The first watch and the one that kicked it all off was the 700 series. Known by collectors as the Home Plate, due to the hour markers that look like the home plate on a baseball field. These watches really scream out the design language of the 1970s, with daring colors and bold typography.

These are the holy grails of Tudor chronos as they are arguably rarer than a Rolex Daytona with an exotic dial! We are offering this incredible reference 7031 with a black plastic tachymeter bezel. We have been fortunate to offer beautiful examples in the past, but this specific one might be the best we have seen and definitely the best one available at the moment. The bezels on these watches can often be damaged, but this example is in excellent condition. The early pushers are still attached. The dial is in fantastic condition with no corrosion or bubbling, and the hour markers have taken on a nice, creamy patina. The case, including the lugs and crown guards, is in excellent condition. The folded link Rolex oyster bracelet reference 7836 is in good condition with minimal stretch, has a clasp stamped h, and is fitted with ref 380 endlinks. The watch has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.

Our love for Tudor runs deep and we would like to touch base (pun intended!) about this grail with you!
